The emptiness.

Happy Mother's Day to me Mom and all women whom are mothers out there. I love you mom, for all the love you showered on me, for fighting with me countless times, for being proud of whom I am, for being the best cook ever, for everything you are, for everything you're not.

This year's Mother's Day seems a little mundane than previous years, and maybe because everyone is so busy. Brother is in Sarawak, Cousins are busy with their newborns. The only effort I could put in is to gather the family of my dad's side, his brother precisely and his wifey. Went out for a dinner, 5 of us.

The food was good, loved the ambiance but there's still an emptiness in me. I miss those very merry celebrations. How I really wish my sis was in Malaysia, my cousins were around, we could have had a grand celebration like yesteryears.

And at home, I tried to cook for mum, a meal that she wanted. Turned out okay. Just that nothing really feels right this year. Mom's constant emo-ing from missing my brother doesn't help either. Aaaand, cutting my hair whenever I feel down seems like a good therapy x)

And holidays are coming to an end already. Results will be out this week. NERVOUS! I've not done so well this time, I know. The feeling of guilt has been haunting me down for the past week and B, I'm sorry to have let it out on u.

Hoping for a better month in June, brother will be back n before that, my sunshine too will be back. I guess more reason to celebrate then eh?

Keeping my fingers crossed, hoping for results better than what I'm expecting. Thats like the only thing that's possibly to cheer me up? Haih.
